Doing Business

We offer free enclosed pickup and delivery in the tri-state and our truck and trailer can be spotted around the country delivering cars to shows and clients. (Give us a honk if you see us!) Our drivers are experts at transporting exotic cars, getting them out of NYC parking garages with dead batteries, in addition to finding houses in the hamptons that don’t show up on a map. Whatever the situation is we will make it as painless as possible (just don’t complain if were late, have you seen the traffic on the cross Bronx?) We know you are busy working or relaxing. Who wants to spend their free time having someone follow them to a random industrial park to get their car fixed? Once you’re a member of the Bradan family we have your back. We know your car inside and out from memory. We know when your next service is due, and what you should plan on for it. All customers have my cell phone number to contact in case of emergencies

EXPERIENCE

When your car arrives we look at it as a doctor would a new patient. We go over the car bumper to bumper giving you photos of any defects found. Detailed estimates follow the photos, listing repairs in importance. We can tailor each service to your goals and specific budget. Daily photo updates are emailed to the owner directly and any issues that pop up during service are shown with photos, given multiple repair options, and estimates before continuing. We found that providing photos gives customers the peace of mind that repairs are actually being done promptly and correctly. On large jobs or restorations a portfolio showing the entire process will be provided, bringing value to the cars history making selling headache free.

PRIVACY

Here at Bradan, we know your privacy is a major concern. We remove license plates from cars while being serviced, and we don’t allow people to take photos in the shop. We don’t answer questions about other customers.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, and wire transfers. Cash, check, and wire transfer receive a 2% discount. On regular service/paint work we take a 60% deposit with the balance due when complete. On larger projects we work off monthly installments or progress based installments. All payments are due upon receipt, invoices past due 2 week will be charged daily storage fees of $50/day. After 1 month invoices are handed off to collections and a mechanics lien is filed against the car. We ask that you keep up on payments to prevent any delays.

BRADAN GUARANTEES

All work is backed by a 2 year workmanship warranty with unlimited miles. That means if our work is found to be defective we will transport it to our shop (including out of state), repair it immediately, and return it back to you at no costs. Your warranty is voided if you have someone else try to repair it and no we will not pay someone else to repair it. This also means that your car does not have a bumper to bumper warranty because we changed the timing belts. Parts carry only their manufacture warranty. We are ok with you supplying your own parts as long as they are OEM or from an approved aftermarket supplier (anything Ricambi sells). If you want your old parts back tell us before we start on the car, we throw everything out during and after service. Trust us we don’t want your old clutch or tensioner bearings.

PPI

PPI are only offered to existing clients. Unknown customers are welcome to bring in a car they are considering purchasing for a free estimate of all found defects. A PPI does not carry any sort of guarantee or warranty. It is a trained eye’s opinion of a fully assembled car. It is impossible to see every defect when inspecting an assembled car. For travel PPI we ask you to pay for all travel costs and a fair day rate. We don’t need first class tickets and the holiday inn is ok. If it is some place we would be interested in traveling to anyways just cover the travel cost for the weekend and maybe send the guys sushi for lunch.
